Richard Collins

With a wealth of technical background, Richard founded Signal Networks in 2000 with a desire to deliver high performance, scalable IT networks underpinned by a strong focus on security.

Richard drives the strategic and technical direction of the business as well as providing security, solution architecture, configuration and troubleshooting expertise and training throughout the Professional Services and Service Desk teams.

Richard has a multitude of successful projects to his name with significant experience and is well respected within the industry. He is also a certified Ethical Hacker.

Steve Wagner

With a background in Development for a FTSE 100 company, Steve advanced to become Technical Manager for a Development House, Online Financial Advisor and Legal Publisher before finally joining Signal Networks in 2014 as the Operations Manager.

Steve’s day to day responsibilities include management of the Professional Services, Sales and Marketing departments, provision of Project Management Services (PRINCE2 Practitioner) and ownership of the operational systems/processes for the business. 

Steve is also instrumental in thedevelopment and implementation of new Product/Service and Business Transformation Strategies.

Stuart Spain

Stuart previously worked for two Global service providers before joining Signal Networks as the General Manager.

Stuart’s day to day responsibilities include overseeing the running of the Service Desk, assisting with Professional Services engagements, client liaison and account management with existing and new Clients and providing strategic input within Signal regarding Service Delivery and product capability and choice.
